ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

CAMERA READY COMPUTER ART INFORMATION
Johnson Advertising’s primary mission is to produce your order correctly the first time and to deliver it to you on time. Consequently, it is imperative that we receive camera ready electronic art if that is the medium you choose. Our production starts only after we have received camera ready art. The following outlines our requirements. If you have any questions regarding computer art or artwork in general, please call us.

*Aldus Freehand 3.1, 5.0 & 7.0
*Adobe Photoshop 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 & 5.5

*Compact Pro

MEDIA SUPPORTED
*3 1/2” Floppies
*Iomega ZIP Disks
*CD-ROM
*Iomega Jaz Disks (MUST BE IBM OR MAC FORMATTED!!!)

DISK MUST CONTAIN...
*All images (PICT, TIFF or EPS)
*All Fonts (SCREEN & PRINTER) Covert To Outlines
*Original file scaled to size
*Trapping (.5pt) including knockouts
*Files under 50 Mega Bytes

ELECTRONIC MAIL (E-MAIL)
Files can be E-mailed to us at artwork@johnsonadvertising.com. If possible, convert all type to paths or outlines to avoid having to send fonts. Also, please include company name, purchase order number and person to contact in the event there is a problem.

For large file downloads please copy and paste FTP Site in browser and call 800-242-4950 for a User Name and Password.

MISCELLANEOUS
A printout of the final document in color or in black & white labeled must be provided. *If file is 4 color process: Convert all PMS colors to process and remove additional colors from file. *If file is being created with spot colors: Indicate PMS color numbers.

Your disk is final art. We cannot accept responsibility for client dissatisfaction with products produced from supplied disks. Please follow these guidelines to avoid delay of your order.
